85+ Mage,Melee ,Range ,Constitution ,Strenght , and Deffence
90+ (for overloads, can be achieveable with boosting by spicy stews)
    67+ (for War tortoise)
90 smithing for obsidian amour (can be achieveable with boosting by spicy stews from 84+ also assistable)

450+ boss kills in the Dominion Tower (for dreadnips)
Completion of Temple at Sennisten for Ancient Curses
The Brink of Extinction for obsidian armour
you'll also need the following equipements for mage AND melee (You don't need range.)

    WAVES SAFESPOTS Protection style
Be sure to pick up Invulnerability, restorations, Constitution and Magic crystals that spawn.
Waves for Jads and hard waves are at the bottom.

Waves 1-9: Stay behind the "L" shape rock south to lure NPCs and kill 1 by 1. These waves are mainly full of rangers.
Waves 11-19: Stay behind what's left of the "L" shape rock south to lure NPCs and kill 1 by 1. These waves are mainly full of Magers
Waves 21-23:No safespots needed as these are the easiest waves. Make sure you have your melee protection on.
Wave 24:North west corner to kill the ranger. then mage the meleers.
Wave 25:[color=orange][Mid Rock North Face/East Side, Wait for mage to stop moving/color]
Wave 26: go to the Northwest corner of the map, turn on Deflect Range, quickly kill the TokHaar-Tok-Xil, switch to Deflect Magic, wait for the TokHaar-Yt-MejKot to get close, then run to the other side of the middle rock.
Wave 27:Do not move from Northwest corner until all melee monsters are dead. TokHaar-Ket-Zek will be stuck in the Northeast corner until you move South.
Wave 29 and 32:Mid Rock North Face/East Side. Mage the meleers
Wave 31:Northwest Corner. Melee the rangers.
Wave 33:Mid Rock North Face/East Side All the way North

Jad waves + wave 28 + Boss wave:
    Jad spawns:
Waves 10, 20 and 30: One TokHaar-Jad will spawn in the southwest corner of the map. Standing on the northeast side of the safe spot in the middle of the cave will lure and trap Jad.
Wave 34: One TokHaar-Jad will spawn in the southeast corner of the map. Standing on the northwest side of the safe spot in the middle will lure and trap Jad.
Wave 35: One TokHaar-Jad will spawn in the northeast corner of the map. Standing on the southwest side of the safe spot in the middle will lure Jad. However, it will be able to attack, so it is advised to use the invulnerability crystal before starting this wave. He will walk around the rock a little, so moving to the west side of the rock will prevent it from attacking.
Wave 36: Two TokHaar-Jads will spawn in the southeast and southwest sides of the map. Standing north of the safe spot on the in the middle on the east of the two squares will prevent both from attacking.

WAVE 28:This is a very hard wave. Before the wave starts, turn on Protect from/Deflect Magic and run to the north-east obstacle, stand south of the obstacle, then take 3 steps west, that's where you should be at the start of the wave. Let the east Dill hit you first, then run 1 space north-east and one east, then hide behind the safespot. From this area you can safely kill both Dills and tank the Ket-Zek's attacks with your prayers. After both Dills have been defeated, kill the Ket-Zek. Once you have done that, touch the east wall, and keep running south, then safely kill two more Dills from your safespot, after they're finished, go to the middle rock and stay on north side, you should be able to kill the last two Dills from this safespot.

Boss wave! : Magic in this wave is very recomanded. As it can make this boss very fast.
What you need to know is that the head never spawns north. The head will appear every 72 seconds. It will stay for 27 seconds.
When the head is not up. Try building up adrenaline on tentacles (Try to pray range and stay in the corner whit the least amounts of tentacles) You can use constitution crystal to boost hp and healing power of 'Rejuvinate"
When Har-Akken is at around 35% hp. You can start using your magic crystal WHEN you have Metamorphosis ability activated. Each succesful hit will deals 3-10k damage to boss, which makes it very easy.
This wave doesn't require food if you use Rejuvinate and stay away from tentacles.

Good luck whit Kiln, Hope this guide helped. Post if you think something important is missing, Thanks!

I just tested it again. The guide works but for Ket Zeks waves you have to safespot them as they can hit real accurate 300s. Before buff it was possible to do whitout food. Now maybe you should use all the food you can Sad
